1. PROCESSING TIME

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully approved, it will go through the following steps: processing, packing, and dispatch.

This process typically takes 3 to 7 business days.


2. DELIVERY TIME

The estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Please note that external factors such as postal strikes, weather conditions, high-risk areas, or national holidays may cause slight delays.


3. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer both domestic and international shipping, with suppliers located in the United States, Netherlands, China, and Sweden.

Orders are usually delivered via postal services or partner carriers.

In certain situations — such as:

  • Recipient unavailable

  • Delivery restrictions in specific regions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

The package may be held at the nearest local post office or carrier facility for customer pickup. In such cases, the customer will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

⚠️ Important:
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to the sender. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate before completing the purchase.


4. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Gympack will ship orders to the address provided at checkout.

To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping information is accurate and complete.


5. RECIPIENT UNAVAILABLE

Please ensure that someone is available to receive your package.

The carrier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The package will be taken to the nearest pickup location

  • It will remain available for up to 7 calendar days

If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender.

In this case, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

All delivery attempts and pickup location details will be available through the tracking system. You can check the status on the carrier’s website using your tracking number.


6. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Gympack is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The package may be returned to the sender

  • No further delivery attempts will be made

⚠️ In such cases:

  • The customer is not eligible for a refund

  • To receive the product, a new shipping fee must be paid

The cost of reshipping will depend on the destination.
